I’ve been too busy lately, and I need to get back to posting stuff. Which, if I ever have time, I will do. So until then, I offer you some proof of where my seemingly intransigent (!) critique of local live music comes from. I worked for this band, albeit later on in their career. When this is your litmus test for live music, you end up being pretty snobbish.

They went at it this hard an average of 5 nights a week back then. Thank God some of it got saved for posterity.
As great as this concert is, they were like this all the time, not just for TV.
If we don't support the movies that deserve it, we get the movies that we deserve.
