Breakfast time! I was never really a #breakfast person and add to that, I'm super lazy when it comes to #mealprep, PLUS always on the go...So clearly this equals DISASTER!
But then about 4 years ago I started facing some health issues and started learning...Or let's say paying more attention to nutrition. Also learning about #plantbased eating and people reversing their illnesses that way. Fast forward two years, things started getting worse so i thought ok...something's gotta give! And I started to take action.
I noticed by just adding some #supplements to my diet, mainly just the shakes, #probiotics and #aloeVera and more #magnesium has actually helped. And adding shakes to my breakfast has not just been super easy, but also fun!
The other "side effect" has been that since I start the day with better #nutrition, I find I'm more conscious throughout the day which then transfers to when I'm out too! Its magic!
It doesn't mean I'm perfect with my food in any way and yes I do cheat. But I believe we want to build up the balanced nutrition so that we CAN cheat and it won't have the impact on our body than if it were the norm :-) I'm just working on #selfimprovement #stepbystep! Just do the best you can do!
