how are you? I´m fine! Training this week!
The Trainingsplan doesn´t work for me! I have to change it because I have to go to Trampolining every Monday. That is the only chance for me because the team is full and I can join them only 1 hour before the Wushu training and I have to do it.
My swimming lessons sre so bad that I have to go there every second or third day. This week I go there for three times. With Frank! You Remember him?
He give some good advises for my Freestyle technique. On Inglorious I talked with Sven a lot about swimming. He was a professional swimmer in old Germany and he told me crazy stuff. I like him very much because he´s professional in everything he does. And he´s a very good sportsman! He give me some advises too. But I think the most important advises from both is that I have to go regularly. That´s why I have to change the plan!Some times I think 2 times training are not enough to reach my goal. That´s why I try on Thursday a three times training session. But that is too much. The break between is too short. Two times are enough. But on Saturday and Sunday three times is ok. I have to go on Sunday to swim at eight. It´s a very good start in the day, but it depends on Saturday evening if you know what I mean. This week was the first time I try to do backstroke. Hard for me. Not fast! I also have a problem with breaststroke. My chest hurts if I open my legs to wide for the frog movement. I don´t know why, but if I do the right technique it´s ok. I take that pain as a signal from my body that told me:”Right technique…or I hurt you!”
On Saturday I drove to Munich to visit Christoph. I tooks me 3 ½ Hours to go there because of the traffic. Normal it tooks 1 ½ hour! I was 1 hour late for the first wushu session that day and I only can join the Wushu training for 1 ½ hour. That was bullshit. But Christoph and I train from 20.00 to 22.30 together. Good training. He was in China the last 4 month and now you can see what China is good for, hard training
