Training:Stucks! Because of ankle, chest and wrist. Meet the doctor on Friday and need some injections!
Progress:
Try to improve my streching with a lot of over split training this week. Did´nt work, still sore. Try to do more Basics this week to get over it. Swimming is good but boring!Jobs:
