Welcome to viddy's 100 favourite things! Today i m going to introduce you guys my #101 favourite thing, this favourite candy of mine - HARIBOOOOOO! yes we all love it dont we? But this is not the end of it, they now have Smurfs flavor, or Les Schtroumpfs as you can see above. I first discovered them in a train station candy store in zurich few weeks ago, i know its kinda random, thinking how great it would be if we have it here in hk, and Boom! I just happened to find them on the shelves in Park n' Shop, i was like, HURRAYYY! They are so tasty! Different from the original ones, these Schtroumpfs are made in france instead of germany, but where ever its made, its amazing and it gives you sugar craving ppl sugar high which is even better, YEEEHEEE... (okay i need a moment here) Jujifruits is also widely acclaimed awesome, that sugar coating and tangy flavor- lethally addictive; but then when it comes to gummy chewy candy, i must give my hands down to the Haribo Smurfs, i mean come on, dont we all watched and loved Smurfs back in the days and now they even have Papa Smurf candy! They are truly 'Les Bombs'!

102 favourite thing of mine is explaining to ppl 'My firm belief on extra terrestrials even though we never see them''... thats right. Now i know i have no proof on such super natural being, my point is they exist for us do, and they are NOT as far fetched comparing to the 'gods' us humans chose to believe in for centuries. In other words, i dont have a religion, not an atheist, just havnt found one yet. I suppose until now, i support george carlin and louis ck full heartedly (both comedians disbelief religion like christianity). Now for the reason why we never see these 'little green man' is very very simple:

'IMAGINE THE ODDS, ITS WAY TOO HIGH'

Notice i chose the word imagine instead of to think, for the most powerful computer on earth wont be able to work this out, but on the other hand it is very simple. Here it goes: imagine how many light years ago our universe is formed, compare it with the birth of our solar system, compare it with the centuries it took for our civilisation to acknowledge space, then compare it with the years we explore space. The answer is only insignificant. Plants die, creatures die, planets die too and civilsations die with it. What are the odds that out of our vast universe, that two planets are formed, not only in close proximity, but also at approximate time line, thus nurturing two individual civilisations, that one or both of them will have the technology to space travel far enough to meet the other? This question my friend, not even steven hawking has an answer to. But u guys understand now why jodie foster came back to earth saying 'what an awful waste of space' blah blah in Contact. Some critics say the movie is an awful waste of time lol, that we have far more important things to think about, may be so, but i definitely belong to one of those who want to greet those beings hidden in area 51. How about spending 1.5 mill hkd on a two hour spacecraft travel? Time for me to start saving up... Hope u enjoy the read :)
