Consequences of terrible natural disaster in Bukovyna, Western Ukraine

Its about terrible natural disaster, that had happened in Bukovyna. I wrote about it before. I didnt really know much detailes I find out now. Many things were done by our local government and we received help from different countries. But the situation and people still need help. May its a bit late , but anyway - I found video, that made Head of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration. People in Sichuan suffered and all of us turned to them and helped them. People here need help too. Hope we can find some ways to help them!
