Always proud of my students progress . Linda started trainings with me in fall 2016. She didn't exercise much before that, just ? sometime jogging . Today she finally got her split done. She asked me : tell me what's your secret. How do you do that? And expanded: when she was 4 or 5 years old she was chosen by chinese national committee to the gymnastics team, but could not qualify because she could not do splits.
