Are you aware that 22 US Veterans commit suicide everyday (yes, you read that correctly!) Sadly, this situation is echoed in the British former-service community. Furthermore, suicide is the single biggest cause of death in men under 45 in the UK. I'm doing 22 pushups over 22 days to show solidarity with my American comrades in their worthy campaign to raise awareness to the fact that Veteran suicide rates are too high.
