Tai Hing is the Bomb…

Two or three times a week, after skating with Brian, Lee Hawk & others, almost every time, after our skate session, we’ll make a stop at Tai Hing Roast Restaurant, which has the dopeset roast pork & goose, hands down.  It’s conveniently located walking distance from 8five2 shop, opposite JBS’ fav restaurant, Tsui Wah.

Lee Hawk & I both love the roast pork & goose rice…..

You must have one of the ’soup of the day’ with this, or else it just ain’t complete.

Nothing is as satisfying as having a dope “siu mei” meal after a hard skate.

I think we gonna hit this joint again tonight!
