北京武术队在奥运村的表演 The Beijing wushu team Performed in Beijing olympics village

Olympic has finally begun as China's most important historical moment for 5,000 years. Every Chinese people would like to contribute all they have for it. Beijing Wushu team has no exception. Although the martial arts didn’t join as one project in Olympic, that means we did not have opportunity to show the great charm for the Olympics. But we are lucky enough invited by Beijing TV Station Chinese martial arts management center, who would like to send us to Beijing Olympic Village performing martial arts.

With an extraordinary significance, our performance was set in a very special place - center stage of Olympic village. There’s strictly security check before we got into Olympic Village. We couldn’t bring any arms. In another word, we can not do any performance with arms, but only fists. When we began, the place was crowded with people. They're athletes from all over the world and Olympic volunteers.

We started withBeijingteam’s traditional fist-team-show. Then every member played kinds of fists, including Bagua Arm Punch, Fanzi Fist, Baji Fist, Long Fist, Tongbi Fist… from the applauses we knew that martial art was really popular. I played Eagle Claw Fist as ending. But since my major was spear or sword, I didn’t play Eagle Claw Fist very well… Pls. forgive that. Check out the video, hope you like it!!!

   奥运会终于开始了，这是我国五千年来最重要的历史时刻。每个中国人都在为奥运会做出一份自己的贡献，我们北京武术队也不例外。虽然武术没有进入奥运会，我们没能有机会去亲身感受奥运的魅力，但是我们也是很幸运的受到了北京电视台的邀请，中国武术管理中心派我们北京武术队到奥运村进行武术表演。

    由于这次表演的意义非同寻常，表演的地点也很特殊。场地是在奥运村内的中心大舞台。进入奥运村的安全检查是十分严谨的。我们不可以带兵器。也就是说，我们在表演中不能练器械，只能练拳术。节目开始的时候，全场爆满。观众中有来自世界各地的运动员们，也有我们的志愿者们。

    节目一开始我们还是以具有北京队传统风格的集体拳出场。之后由每个武术队员们单个表演各种拳术，有八卦掌，翻子拳，八极拳，长拳，通臂拳，得到在场观众的阵阵掌声，从现场的气氛可以看出，武术套路还是非常受欢迎的。它真的具有我们民族独有的特色和文化韵味。最后是由我练了一段鹰爪拳。由于我的专项是枪术和剑术，鹰爪拳并不是我的专长“现学现卖”呵呵。。。所以有点不尽人意，希望懂行的朋友和老师们多多包涵。废话不多说了，下面请您欣赏我们的表演视频，希望您能够喜欢！！！
