街舞练习（Dancing practice）（踊ります練習）

　　经过了一阵疯狂的赛前训练后，又有好久没有来写BLOG了！今天晚上没有训练，也没有去上课！终于可以做自己想做的事情了...前段时间的训练实在太累，不夸张的说，累的我都不想说话，专业的竞技武术训练就是这样残酷的，我选择了它，我不后悔！但是有时候太过疲劳的训练，就会影响我做其他一些比较喜欢做的事情，（比如唱歌，跳舞，学英文之类的）甚至有时练的多了睡觉都睡不好！更没有什么时间去练习跳舞了...! 对一些街舞动作的连贯性和熟练性有点生了，所以今天趁着有一点闲时间，吃过晚饭，我带上小李岩（队友）跟我去了拳击馆。因为在拳击馆里的地板是很标准的舞蹈排练厅地板，很适合跳舞！好久没练舞了，感觉很生。感觉同样的动作没有以前跳着顺了。我觉得街舞跟武术一样，一定要长期的保持不间断的练习...才能够熟中生巧，从中得到进步！我发誓，以后在忙也一定要抽出时间来练舞！要不就永远也进步不了啦！！！

    After a while of tiring wushu practice ... have been a long time didn't write anything here ... cause i 'v been super tired of wushu training lately.seriously, it was like ...when i was tired , i dont even wanna talk much ! anyway ...a professional wushu athlete's life always like this ... i choose it to be my profession, i am not regret ... but i just feel some times when i got really tired it will bother me to do some other stuff ...(like:singing dancing etc)

So finaly, tonight i dont have to go training , then i took Liyan(my teammate) went to the boxing hall for dancing practice.its been long time i didn't practice dancing any more...feel a little strange when i doing it !i think dancing and wushu are similar in some way ... at least u ganna keep practice it for a long time then u can get better and better!if the time take too long to rest ...then it wont be as good as before !!!

So i am swear ... i have to keep on dancing later, even though when i am busy . i will take some free time for dancing practice . if not , then i can't improve anymore !!!

其实有时候我真的希望我的生活能是多元化的，能让我想做什么就做什么！想学习更多的知识，但是我的专业队不允许我这样做，让我很是头疼，有时甚至会觉得憋屈！但是没办法啊，这就是专业队。这就是我目前的生活！我必须去面对它！而且不能说不，一定得服从指挥，听安排！这样我只能利用我的休息时间去做我想做的事情。唉．．．没办法啊！继续努力奋斗吧，吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。我相信老天是公平的！付出了就总有一天会得到回报的！！！
