"The World's Shortest Fairy Tale" Short Film was initiated after a group of Filmmakers in Long Beach created a series of commercials for a hangover beverage called Alcohol Killer. Mainly featuring actor David Nicholson and returning actress Kassidy Serbus these commercials were , and SHOULD NOT BE VIEWED BY ANYONE.*
The short film was inspired by a bar stool joke with a story about guy who lived happily after when his girlfriend rejected his proposal for marriage. It was a short and sweet 20 seconds long joke and was hugely successful due to it's universal relevance to all cultures. Armed with a quick intro and a fast punch line it became a famous e-mail chain letter passed on from work place to friends and associates eager for a quick cheer me up joke. The short film however is different on the circumstance that the writer included a contrasting character to illustrate the freedoms lost through an uncompromising marriage.
In the end, although this short film is generally targeted to men of all ages young and old, rumor has it the ladies have girl power written all over the sequel.
