From May 12-18th, HKwalls will transform a number of uncurated and neglected walls and shutters into large original pieces of art by a group of Hong Kong-based and international street artists.
For the first year of the event, the work will be concentrated on the area around Blake Garden in Sheung Wan, i.e. Tai Ping Shan St, Po Hing Fong, Pound Lane, Sai Street, Square Street, Tai Ping Shan St, Hollywood Rd, etc.

I'm continuing my "How to Make an Illustration" series, so I'll show you the next step I used to create an illustration for Geox shoes in the May issue of MilkX Magazine.
After scanning my drawings and combining them into one image, I played around with changing the color of the lines. Here's the illustration, (with colored lines), before I added any background colors.
Thought it would be fun to show some behind-the-scenes tricks of the trade for a new illustration I created for Geox shoes and Hong Kong's MilkX Magazine (out in their May 2014 issue!).
