technology, when properly applied, can solve most of the pressing concerns we face on the planet. but what do ppl mainly use it for?

what is the main purpose of having speed limits on our roads? is it not for safety concerns? is safety not paramount? so instead of coming up with ways and means of penalising drivers for exceeding speed limits, why not implement in-vehicle speed limiters so nobody can ever exceed the speed limit, even if they wanted to? think of the lives, time and money saved. and before you think that will never work, don't forget that every locally registered vehicle already has an IU for ERP.

so fb reminded me of this status i put up 4 years ago. i couldn't recall what it was about so i checked my old calendar and sure enough, there is an annotation i made for 20 May 2012. it says "accept jteam role"....and the rest, as they say, is movie history. ;)

just me putting voice to some words i typed out a while ago, on my fb wall, regarding Burn's crowdfunding campaign. the recording was done at home on my humble recording setup, and by my own accord. so do pardon the sound quality.

If it takes 56 man-years to do something, then it would take 112 men to do it in 6months & 224 men take just 3mths. Conversely, 28 men would need 2years & 14men could only do it in 4yrs. It all depends on how much resource is put on the task or how soon u want it done, if at all.
