As a San Francisco native, Bruce entered the realm of fine dining in his early twenties as a busser in one of the city’s swanky jazz supper clubs The Cypress Club.  With more than two decades of experience in the city’s restaurant industry he prides himself on his attention to detail and appreciation of diverse cuisines.My dad always said “You don’t have to like everything, but you should try it at least once.”  When he’s not behind the bar crafting his favorite cocktails, chief among them a small batch sazerac, he can be found in the park on a slackline or hanging out with friends at his local rock climbing gym Mission Cliffs.Video: http://vimeo.com/19067793
