The landscapes in this trip have made it all seem like a dream.  But the opportunity to capture the landscapes isn’t always as easy as it seems.  In a perfect world, we’d wait in front of a beautiful landscape until the light hit just right to capture that perfect moment.  In reality, we have limited time and resources.  Fellow drivers and passengers can only tolerate the Hobos’ begging for a stop every so often, and sometimes not at all.  In the end, we don’t end up with Ansdel Adams or a standard tourist shot.  As a hobo, you have to make do with what you have, whether you’re in the kitchen or on a bus.  That’s what makes this experience so unique for me.  That is what being a hobo is about.  Adapting.
