Called the Investigation Officer just now...:P Asked about the condition of the guy, he said he's conscious. Asked if any back complications, he said no...and said dunno when will he be discharged. I told him we're getting married in Oct, overseas in Nov. He said go ahead, few months later then will get back to us. Asked him wat's the worst case scenario, he said go to court, pay thousand over fine, suspend driving license for few months...hopefully the actual scenario will be much better...

Watched Invasion starring Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman. Wanted to watch Home Song Stories by Joan Chen and local actor Qi Yi Wu but fiance refused sigh.....
Invasion looked pretty scary from the previews and was suspense filled from the start to the middle. Reminded me of X-files which i liked to watch when in secondary sch. Had my evaluation this afternoon, waited for 20 mins before my turn...they asked me to play & sing 1 song on the electone, and 1 on the piano, memory singing, and a song which i played by ear. They said "Good", and i was "Very hardworking". Actually didn't think im "very hardworking" :P...Then discussed with me the lesson plan which i did. Double quakes 7.9 on the Richter scale at West Coast of Sumatra islands....the Tsunami alert was sounded in Indonesia...Tremors felt all the way to Thailand.
Was just putting my dinner bowl into the basin when my brother Greg said "Did you feel earthquake?" Just had a conversation with an aunt and she told me that some relatives said it's not nice to give out wedding invites during my uncle's national day gathering function at his place. She said probably i was inexperienced....yeps of course, 1st time getting married....
Find it difficult to meet up to EVERYBODY's expectations....i'd try...but watever is done is done. Being a Chinese is really difficult, so many traditions to adhere to...and i'm like clueless to stuff like Guo Da Li.....gosh such a chore...

Just had a very nice lunch prepared by my 19 year-old younger bro. He actually went to the market to buy all the ingredients. Whipped up 3 dishes of Cereal oat prawns, baby kailan with shitake mushrooms and my fav ginseng chicken soup! Ate lunch later than them so had to reheat the food. The prawn oats was slightly soggy due to the passing of time i guess, but otherwise tasty. Kailan and mushroom were very tasty. But the best was the chicken soup!!!
