so i used to compete in Taekwondo and Hapkido, but that was over a decade ago. i've just started training Brazilian Jiujitsu and MMA and getting ready for my first competition and fight in Bangkok on Sept 19-20th. here i am 40lbs lighter:

i'm just a beginner white belt and the rest of them are blue and purple belts so they kick my ass daily, but i guess that's part of the learning process.
Lost 26 lbs in the past 6 weeks. only 16.5 lbs more to go before Sept. 18th and my first MMA Competition in Bangkok!!!
