I don't know how to say this without risking like I sound conceited (I guess that's inherently the nature of such selfies though), but I'm kinda amazed at the progress I have made in my yoga journey. I didn't start yoga until I was already in my 30's as a means to break old bad habits I was accustomed to in my 20's. Never in a million years did I think I would be capable of poses like these.
