Yesterday, over a hundred artiste from around the region came together to show our love and support for the Taiwan Disaster. Our only motive is to send them some of our love. All of us were notified less than 24 hours before show time. Everyone pushed aside all other plans and came together and did whatever we could.... from rehearsals at 2pmtill the end of the show, 11.30pmIt was a long day for everyone but i'm sure everyone felt good about at least doing a little something... Since my entry into the hk show business years ago, I have been involved in several impromptu charity events. Each time, I am extremely touched by the artistes who came together, especially the volunteers and the organizers. I can feel their heart and soul trying their very best to raise every single penny to aid the unfortunate victims. No matter how hard it is to do business or deal with the people here, there is one thing i most admire about the people in Hong Kong is that for each and every charity event, they are willing to really donate and we are always able to raise a significant amount of money. I sincerely respect them for that and may we all continue to have a generous heart to care and share.  Tonight, I had a great dinner with great food and I am very thankful for that.Through all these unexpected natural disasters, I think you should have come to your sensesand know that we should not take anything we have for granted. Start appreciating. Show your loved ones you care too. Tell your mum you love her cooking,tell your dad you appreciate him working so hard for the family. 昨天，來自鄰近地區的過百位個藝人聚集一堂，以顯示我們對台灣風災受難者的愛和支持。我們的唯一目的就是想向他們送上我們的愛。在不足24小時通知之下，我們所有人都放下手頭上的所有工作到來，看看有什麼可以出一分力.... 

從下午兩點開始排練直至晚上11時30分節目完結對大家來說，這確實是漫長的一天，但是我相信每個人都會為自己能夠出一分力而感到安慰... 

自從數年前加入了香港演藝界後，我也曾參與過一些即興的慈善活動。每一次，我都會被走在一起的藝人，志願者和組織者所感動。我感覺到他們的真誠，竭盡所能地去提高善款數字來幫助不幸的受害者。這也是我最欣賞香港人的地方，每一個慈善活動，他們都很願意捐贈，而我們總能夠籌得大量的善款。因此，無論在這裡公作或待人處事上有多困難也好，我是由衷地尊重他們的。讓我們都擁有一個慷慨的心繼續去照顧和分享。 我非常感謝今晚我能夠享用一頓有美味食物的豐富晚餐。 

通過這些突發性的自然災害，我想你應該領悟到，我們現在所擁有的一切都不是理所當然。 

開始去學會欣賞。讓你愛的人知道你也關心愛護他們。告訴你的媽媽你愛她做的飯，
