Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is so addictive i did five times this week.Normally, i go for the Hot Flow class,today, I did the Hot Hour.Oh man..... i didn't know the difference till ...todaywell cuz i tired it.Hot Hour is torturous because it's a series ofmovements done ten times slower than normal speed. The sweat bursting from every poreof my body, legs and hands bent in abnormal positions breathing in, out, in , out,in, out , in ,out , in , out ....... so exhausted i don't even wanna breathe anymore...nearly passed out today. I'm not going to give up and hopefully, one day i can do all the moves too. And maybe one day, you'll see me singing on stage doing the head standeven a cow can do itwI can do this oneand this and thisif only i can do this....I'll let you know when i'm successful Right after my Hot yoga class, (i say Hot yoga and not simply yoga cuz Hot yoga makes one Hot) i went to meet Spencer.And surprisingly, he's already there at MIX when i arrived.Yes I'm more surprised to see him on time than bumping into someone i know in the streets. He said he was scared of my my threats sohe made the once in his lifetime exception to be on time today. WOW ....  you see, sometimes,you can't be too nice to everyone cuz some people needs to be Threatened. yes Threatened with the CAPITAL T.The reason I'm scheduled to meet Spencer is becausehe's launching his Talent Asia agency this coming weekand I'll be performing that night. We've been discussing about our collaboration since more than a year ago, then for the past few months, we've been working with Kelvin on the music, and our team jen, Jon, Arne and Now....  Finally it's time to showcase my music !!! Can't wait !!!Rozy's gonna come back to watch my performance too !! yay !I've been seeing Philip Ng on the front page of AnD and I guess thats the only way i can be updated about him now.He's so busy ,a superstar, a super kungfu master he doesn't have to call me now : P haha.... Phil, you're the best and you'll get to see your keychain in Mongkok soon. Maybe Van will make one for you. Btw, do you know Singapore has a operating casino now? and all residents have to S$100=hk$520 to get in.So crazy. Why would I pay to get into a casino.You lose before you get in. Anyway, I'm not a believer in winning easy cash,no lucky draw, no money from heaven.Alrighty, I'm going to bed now. I'm going to end it with a picture I took of Nature.
