I saw at time.com that Vuitton is reviving some of Sprouse's collections. So what's going on--I know there are plenty of creative people in fashion, why aren't they being given the green light to do some new work? Why all these revivals? Do the business folks think playing it this safe is going to save the fashion industry? There's plenty of vintage Stephen Sprouse out there for those who love his work.

well, sprouse is dead. and he designed these for vuitton in 2001 and it was a huge hit but was so limited even the avid vuitton whores could not get their hands on it. it almost became a urban myth.... so they bringing it back...
