Was so so so hot and sweaty after
running at Fortress Hill.
Only ran 6 rounds today, and already exhausted!
Am I getting old or is it just too hot? Cos I normally run 8 rounds (approx. 4000m)!
But its like 3-ish when I ran today and the sun is smiling at me so I guess it is really better to run during evenings!
