a 30 year taste maker....

this exuding sense of confidence since I turned thirty is incredible.

i received many sincere well wishes from people who i never told when my birthday was.

i appreciate all and the power of the internet is incredible.

i am now a 30 year old music taste maker.

it is my 8th year in the Asian music industry and my objectives for my career in this next phase of my life is to still learn as always but lead now as well.

i have always disciplined myself with humility when it comes to my skills. knowing u got it ain't necessarily gon help you keep it. it's when u know that 5 steps to point B would mean 10 more of those same steps to point A. Why wouldn't you want A?

i hope share more of me with people now. i spent many years understanding the science of pop music culture. i learnt why artists think and behave a certain way and i also too great pains in studying which one of those "old school thinking" that many label executives, not all, insist on actually work.

and in this new headspace i've found, i'm feeling more ready than ever to up the ante on everything and actually start doing it at THAT level.
