Progress:
Try to improve my streching with a lot of over split training this week. Did´nt work, still sore. Try to do more Basics this week to get over it. Swimming is good but boring!Jobs:

Training:Stucks! I swaged my ankle on the last stunt I posted. Try to make some stuntfall´s and it hurt´s so much. Need to rest for about 1 or 2 try to improve my swimming style and strength.
Progress:

can´t train swimming because of the sore muscle from my last stunt job. I have a new adress were I can prepare my tumbling moves for the Register. Lot more stuff there and more fun. I want to do a climbing course with few of the guys here but no money! Want to save all for a sky diving certificate next year... and a lot of other stuff. Training for Register is stocking because my left ankle is hurt very much. The doctor said my ankle tortured from a hard landing. I had my first injection and it worked a little bit better. Now I try more of them that I can use my ankle like before!
Swim training works good. My plan is to increase the swimming styles that I have to do. I want to try every month the programm that I have to do for the Register.

Still try o reach people because of my Sky Diving certificate. I still think it´s better than a test i High Diving. This week I give a Workshop for Actors in Berlin. I was a little bit scared of that because I thought I don´t can give five hours of basics. But it worked very well. Now maybe there is a another Workshop this year. We will see.

fuck it. Training is to hard right now. Biggest problem s time! Now I have so much to do that I can´t train for the Register. Next week on the 17th is my last job. After that date I have time and I have to update my skills. especially for swimming and High Diving. I had an idea. I want to do a Ski Diving certificate for the Register instead of High Diving.
