Such a great portrait of the master. It is like his clothes, all about the shape of the silhouette. I remember being in Paris in 1989 and standing outside his boutique studying the amazing shapes that were displayed on the mannequins in the shop windows. I didn't dare enter the shop (I was such a poor student at the time I hardly had enough money for my next meal, let alone one of his amazing creations) but I was transfixed by the shapes of those clothes displayed in the window. How well you capture his uncompromising austerity as a designer in this portrait. Like Yohji, you searched for and found the essential in your subject.
