2011年，周耀輝的母親走了，《你讓我飛》是她走了之後耀輝第一首寫的歌詞；我一直把這首歌珍藏，不想隨便碰。 記得很久之前，有一次吃晚飯時看電視，剛播到飛機失事的空難新聞，我說：哎，擔心會墜機死啊；然後，聽到以前在港機工程任職的爸爸從容地說：你爸以前修好過無數飛機引擎，你不會有事的；那應該是父親給過我最大最有用的祝福。 2014年開始，我飛得更頻密，常常想起爸爸的那番話，於是，我覺得是時候，把爸爸的祝福跟耀輝的心意結合。 這是一個跨越時空的crossroads，屬於所有孩子，送給所有父母，還有老師。
