Nice Guangzhou Trip

WhyOceans has just back from "The 3rd XiaoZhou Art Festival" happened in Guangzhou, China. We enjoy the event and the trip so much. The audiences there are all so passionately, drunk in this 2 whole days music festival under the sunshine with all beautiful flowers, trees around us inside this wonderful nature environment.

A Hurting Hand / 受傷的手 (28-Sep-2010)

Recommended by doctor, Kev's hurting hand could only be able to remove the casting after 2 weeks. Since there's difficulty for Kev to hold a guitar pick and play guitar with the wounded hand, he made himself a little easy tool for assistance. We cannot say he play perfectly, but fortunately he could manage all prepared songs with this tool during practices. Work hard, Kev!!

Recent life / 最近 (23-Sep-2010)

Our bassist, Jase, will not be in Macau this whole week. I was already missing his bass part during the band practice last night, the pieces just sound "incomplete" without his bass guiding there. As Kev's hand is still under recovering from the hurt he got in Portugal in August, it seems that it is very possible that he will need to perform with the casts in the upcoming music festival in Guangzhou on 02-Oct.

As some of you may still remember that WhyOceans have had a headline show invited by Portal Wine Bar (Taipa, Macau) in April this year. We did bring some of our equipments in order to get the most possible sound. Although the bar should only open at night time, it opened on purpose in daytime during the day just for us to make our sound test. WhyOceans life in recent (09-Aug-2010)

Everybody just getting busy lately, and we could only have a dinner gathering days ago. Everyone shared the recent life to each other. Some just back from trip, some gonna have a trip, some just busy about works. In order to be more efficiency, we roughly scheduled plans and activities for future months for WhyOceans. Hope this helps things go better. Luis (vocalist) is now in Portugal staying with family for a month, wish him all the best there.
