妈妈在北京...Mama is in BJ :)

   以前自己总是和忙，没有时间陪老妈。这次比赛结束了，老妈来北京度假。每天都在逛街。各种Shopping ... 天天逛街。开始我还想尽儿子的孝心，陪着老妈逛，一个星期过去了。没想到，我的逛街功力还是没有老妈深厚。实在佩服...我走不动了！于是，我搬来了救兵，找了我的好朋友们，陪着老妈逛...Nancy,Sylvana,Jen.都被我拉来了...呵呵！很高兴，她们也很喜欢我老妈.不同年龄段的女人们，在一起逛的不亦乐乎。最后为了答谢姐们儿们陪我老妈逛街，我请大家吃烤肉，呵呵...

赛后庆功酒，醉在“好乐迪”！

比赛回来后回了趟辽宁，除了做采访就是陪老妈。一直没怎么跟自己在北京好朋友们聚会。我觉得特别是在大赛后，一定要低调啊！哈哈...忙里偷闲，实在觉得想出去嗨一下了，于是约上好朋友们去唱歌了，也就算是庆功酒了吧... :-)

好朋友Connie打给我，要我去给她拍的一个平面做搭档。于是我去了...

我第一次拍平面，一点经验都没有，不免表情什么的，有点僵硬！不过通过这次拍摄，让我着实的体验了一次做平面模特的辛苦。大冬天的，她穿着小裙子，我穿着小西装。冻得我的脸都僵住了，还要强颜欢笑...平时觉得练武术最辛苦了，其实做什么行业，都很不容易啊！

I'm back from Toronto ... 我回来了，终于拿到了世界冠军！

Hey folks ... I'm back from Canada !!! Finally i got the Wushu world Champion !!! So happy !!!

我回来啦...梦想得以实现，终于拿到世界冠军了，心情无比激动！升国旗奏国歌的那一时刻，我在想，咱练武术的也有今天！！！哈哈. 真不容易... 衷心的希望武术能够有一天真正的走向全世界！！！

从昨天早晨4点钟出来坐飞机，到现在，已经折腾了24个小时了！感觉很累，我先去倒时差，等我睡过来，再发更多的照片上来跟大家分享：）
