近況報告

二週間ばかりの間、私にしては珍しく忙しい日々が続きました。仕事のことが気になってブログどころではない気分だったのでした。

今回の仕事は、尊敬している編集者からの仕事だったので結構楽しかったのですが、ささやかなチャレンジでもありました。何故かというと、今まで以上に“ゆるくて”“簡潔な”ドローイングにしなければならなかったから。

リラックスして描かなくちゃいけないな、と思うと、緊張してくるじゃありませんか〜。そういうものほど、自分に正直でないといけないし。

what is the hard-to-get food in Japan?

It is the good 油条（油炸鬼）.

Some Chinese food stores sell frozen 油炸鬼. But it isn't so good.

And some delicatessen shop in Yokohama-Chinatown（横濱中華街）are selling 油炸鬼. But some of them are 好貴 ,some of them are more like failed doughnuts than 油炸鬼 .

だから自分で作るしかない....。So I have to cook 油炸鬼 myself .....
