Ok, so many things have been happening over the 3 weeks that I've moved back. My life seems to have changed overnight! I've finally found my own little studio flat....and I just LOVE It!!! It's soooo convenient, clean, and cozy....makes me want to just stay at home and chill all day in the air con...hahaha...it's been awhile since I've had my own place...it's so nice to live on my own..but, the only thing that I miss is Seth. I'm going to have to see how I can fly him back! It would definitely be per...Read more
I'll always remember meeting Jackie Chan when I was only 16 in LA. It was a very brief meeting but I remember it so well because he said (in mandarin) that I needed to shed some pounds. I think it was the first time I ever heard anyone say that to me. I was devastated !!! of course, now, I've become quite accustomed to people making these types of comments left and right.....but, it put a strong impression on me and I couldn't forgive him for years!
Since then, I have been to many functions with him and worked...Read more
What a busy busy week it has been....Well....I just wanted to announce that my album will now be for sale on Alive Not Dead ( click to learn more about the album). This album is very dear to me because so many of my friends and family were a part of it. The album consists of original jazzy mandarin songs that were written by friends, including the lovely Bo Young Kwon who released her own album last year called "Piano Magic"...Read more

It's been really great being back in Hong Kong. You really realize how much you love a place when you leave it for a good year. And...I guess, even in my case, I'd still come back and forth...but, each time I arrived in HK, there is just something so familiar about the airport.....hahaha...unlike Beijing's new airport...which I fine unnecessarily huge...to the point where it takes 5 min to walk to your ck in counter.
NE-WAYZ....If you asked me last year....would I ever move back? Well....I was so frustrated with certa...Read more
It's such a big mess....but, because I've always been obedient..and I've signed a contract. I think I'm going to have to work on this project....and try to throw away all the negatives and find the positives. It's so hard.....esp when you feel like people are taking advantage of you....and the truth is always being stretched in order to make things look better. I'm sick of being convinced into things that I don't want to do. At least this project is making me learn from my mistakes.
I think the worst part abo...Read more
Ok....so, today has been a day of weighing out my choices...you know, pros and cons....It has been a confusing day...I've gone back and forth about my decision...but, finally....I've decided and I've already told my manager here and she is going to discuss it with the producer tomorrow. I weighed out everything from what bothered me about the production to the reasons why I'd stay on with the project...and well, the reasons for staying were mainly to please other people.
From the looks of it, the movie is probably going to...Read more
It has been real chaos since I've been in Beijing. So many things have happened with the movie that I didn't expect. I've been disappointed with it left and right...and trying to think positive about it. But, I finally have come to the point where I just have to bitch about it.
I expected to go into rehearsals last month...ready to work with the choreographer...and since the other cast members had been rehearsing for 2 weeks before I came...I figured they were pretty good already. Not the case, they were in fact....st...Read more
Well...I'm finally back in Beijing. My flight didn't get delayed this time..BUT, we did have to fly over Beijing for an hour before the weather was ok to land. I have about 2 days free to relax and get massages before we start with rehearsals. I heard that there have been a lot of changes since I was in HK. For one, they changed the male lead (luckily because he could not lead me in the tango) and for the other....our new rehearsal rooms are no longer underground in a local chinese market with a smelly toilet (holes in the ground). ...Read more
