Just below where I live is the end stop for the 112 cross-harbor bus route (So Uk -> North Point) ... walking by on Sunday morning ... there rolled-in at the stop, a newly CNY wrapped Year of the Ox from First Bus (the company which operates the route) - was very pretty .....

the MV is produced & directed by "big sister" Patty Keung .... look out for many AnD friends featuring in and helping out on it ....

those living in HK will be familiar with the name Queen's Cafe 「皇后飯店」... one of the first Honkie-style Western restaurants in the territory - still around these days in just a few locations .... BUT, what i didn't know was that the original restaurant was in fact situated on King's Road, North Point (the part of town i'm currently living), first opened in 1952.

whilst grocery shopping at Park N Shop this afternoon with Nicola, my teenage neice, the little sweetie had the audacity to challenge her Fat Uncle Pat to a dessert cook-off ....so, i efficiently chucked into the trolley ... some plain flour, butter, raisins
, 4 apples, 2 pears and a honest tub of trusty Neopolitan .... had instantly decided, was making Apple & Pear Crumble served with ice cream .... the British classic!
