I am SO SAD!! I am leaving China in 2 days!!

I feel like Asia is where I should be.. at least for a few years. Definitely thinking about coming back to Beijing, Hong Kong, or Taiwan soon!

Anyways, I feel I've gotten a lot out of my time here. The first 2 weeks past soo fast and I was sick, cold, bitten by mosquitoes.. but the last 2 weeks felt really productive, fun, and packed with activities.. One day in LA I go to wushu practice and theres a new coach. We warm up. We start doing basic kicks. He demos some jump kicks and he jumps super high and is super fast - naturally.. because he is from the Beijing Wushu Team and his name is Qiu Dong Xing or as most call him.. DX.

China Part II - Bye Mosquitoes Hello Cold

Well, the mosquitoes are actually still here, but the weather has suddenly gotten cold again so the mosquitoes are less active. Also, I just dont care about them as much now that I caught a cold, am sore from training, and sprained my ankle. Yay!

In good news, I went to this place called mian cool with WuDi and Li Jin Han. They have really high quality noodles and theres a famous dish that is a bowl of noodles, but its just one long strand of noodle. My buddy Marco from UCLA wushu met us up as well.

The last time I went back to train in china was 2007. I was in china for 3-4 days in 08 but it wasnt for training..

Now Im going back to BEIJING for a month.
