今天是星期天，我们没有休息，早晨还是照常训练了。。。因为我们明天就要出发去广西比赛，我已经准备好了！我觉得高水平的运动员就是要学会如何控制，放平心态。把每一次比赛都当作一次历练，这样才能够不断的提高！武术的最高境界并不是跟别人比，而是要战胜自己！！！相信自己，一定会成功的！！！
（最郁闷的是，要坐将近30个小时的火车到南宁，下车肯定疯了，长这么大都没有做过那么久的火车！）
